How to read this breakdown
The table and share bars below come from the typical scenario of model version 1.0.0 for a 1,200 sq ft Ohio full encapsulation with average access, 36″ clearance, and dry or seasonally damp conditions. Display dollars round to the nearest $50; percentage shares use unrounded cents so the math stays consistent.

FAQ
Why doesn’t every quote match these shares?
Contractors bundle differently, use different liner products, and may include or exclude debris, insulation removal, or drainage. The breakdown is a planning vocabulary—not a bid template.
Is overhead the same as profit?
MoistureCost’s overhead line is a cost-basis project overhead/margin allowance on non-installed-retail work. Individual firms price markup differently.
Where is drainage in this example?
